Njuko

When purchasing an entry for the La Tour Geneva Triathlon, we use a third-party ticketing platform called Njuko. On Njuko, we collect personal information, medical information, emergency contacts, t-shirt size, extra services purchased. Any financial information will be stored by Njuko alone.

We will use the information to contact you regarding your participation in the event you signed up for. We do not sell any of this contact information to third parties.

When registering with Njuko, we export the data and store it on an internal database.

We also import your email into Mailchimp to keep you up to date with the latest info about the La Tour Geneva Triathlon. Refer to the Mailchimp section for more details on the Mailchimp policies.

Brevo

 

When you sign up for a La Tour Genève Triathlon newsletter via the official website, we use Brevo, a third-party marketing platform. Brevo collects your email address, first and last name (optional), and your marketing preferences.

We use your email address to send updates and marketing offers relating to the La Tour Genève Triathlon. We do not sell any of this contact information to third parties.

Cimalp

We use Cimalp, a third-party timing company, for the timing of the La Tour Geneva Triathlon. Prior to the event, we share your name, email, nationality, date of birth, team name and t-shirt size with the timing company.

We will use the timing and ranking information provided by the timing companies in the “Results” section of our website and with PhotoRunning to edit your personalized race certificate. Refer to the PhotoRunning section for more details on their policies.

Samaritans Genevois

We use the Samaritans Genevois, a third-party association, for the medical assistance of the La Tour Geneva Triathlon. Prior to the event, we share your personal information, medical information and emergency contacts with our event medical assistance provider.

PhotoRunning

We use PhotoRunning, a third-party service to provide a photo service on the La Tour Geneva Triathlon that you can buy after the event or download your race certificate.

We share the following information with PhotoRunning: Bib number.

Typeform

We use Typeform a third-party online survey software, to obtain relevant feedback from La Tour Genève Triathlon participants after the event. We use the information to improve the quality of the event. As our surveys are anonymous, any relevant personal information will be stored by them alone.

  • The staff of OC SPORT SUISSE;

  • The timekeeping service provider and bib printer;

  • The photo/video provider;

  • The registration management service provider (Njuko);

  • The Swiss Athletics Federation;

  • The email sending service provider;

  • Our business and advertising partners (if you have consented);

  • Social networks (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).

 

The use of social media buttons such as “Connect via…” or “Share…” results in the collection of personal data by the social networks concerned. OC SPORT SUISSE cannot be held responsible for the processing of your data carried out by these third-party social networks.

5. Security and transfer of personal data

In accordance with Article 32 of the GDPR, OC SPORT SUISSE and its subcontractors undertake to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to guarantee a level of security adapted to the risk, including, among other things, as required:
